The event title ‘Leader: Diffident and Creativity’ was aimed to analyse the distinctive characteristic of these qualities and it’s fusion towards leadership. The talk also was to probe in detail the term diffident and creativity, analyse how the brain interprets these qualities and identify how these qualities can be managed towards leadership.
