The event titled ‘Compounding: The 8th Wonder’ was aimed at exploring the 8th wonder of the universe “Compounding” and how to leverage on it to build one’s wealth. The talk discussed explanation on what compounding is, its attributes and impact on total returns. The talk also touches on how it could be detrimental as well as discussed common myth traps. An activity based on retirement planning was conducted as a takeaway. The talk was delivered by Ms. A. Karpagam Anadrajah, Certified Financial Planner on 17th December 2019.
